LAST DAY OF SYAWALThe office staff celebrated the last day of Syawal by having a Hari Raya Jamuan during their tea break. All the teachers who were on duty were also invited. Even the postman and all those who happen to come a-calling today joined in. There was the usual Hari Raya fare served, like ketupat with kuah kacang, lemang, kuih, pudding, peanuts, water melon and bananas. But I noticed that they also had satay.
