MENTOR-MENTEE PROGRAMME

The students and lecturers from the Shah Alam Polytechnic carried out a mentor-mentee group session with 80 of our Form Four students on Saturday morning. I went back to school immediately after the Jamuan Akhir Tahun at Teluk Batik Beach Resort to cover the activity. When I reached the school hall, it was about half past twelve. I could see a group of students on stage doing a presentation of work they had done as a group. The other students were seated in groups and were listening to the presentation. There were also three members from the Polytechnic who were seated behind a large table observing the students on stage. I presume that they most probably were judging the presentations. Each group had also a member from the Polytechnic seated with them. I have asked one of my Quantum Quarterly writers to give me a report on the other activities and hopefully will be able to post them in this blog in a couple of days' time.
