Nine of the male teachers from our school have been selected as committee members for the National Kembara Duga Programme for KRS Officers which will start today, 1st November. Eight of the teachers are members of the HAM Radio club. Their expertise is needed to help with communication throughout the competition using their HAM radio devices. The teachers of the HAM Radio Club who will be going to Kuala Kangsar for the competition are Tuan Haji Musthafa, Encik Zaki, Encik Ali, Encik Fadhlur, Encik Ridaudin, Encik Zainal Hisham, Encik Suhaimi and Encik Zainal Abidin Shah. Ustaz Fauzi is also in the committee as he is needed for matters relating to religious activities for the participants. All the participants taking part in the competition are teachers and most of them are members of the KRS (Kadet Remaja Sekolah). The venue for the final lap of the competition will be Sekolah Menengah Teknik Seri Manjung. The competitors are expected to arrive at around 11.00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
