LAB ASSISTANT: PUAN ROZIAH BT HASSAN

Puan Roziah has worked as a laboratory assistant for 9 years. She came to our school at the end of 2000 which means she has been working here for 6 years. She tells me she had also worked as a temporary teacher for a few years before taking up her current post.

Puan Roziah is a local as her hometown is Pasir Panjang Laut. Her husband, Encik Rahimuddin bin Sidi is from Pahang. He works as a security guard at Malayan Flour Mills in Segari. They have three children, Muhammad Hafizuddin (9 years), Fatin Umairah (8 years) and Muhammad Nasruddin (6 years). Puan Roziah and her family live in Taman Samudera.

When I asked her about her hobby, she tells me that she likes to clean and decorate the house. No wonder the Chemistry lab is so neat, clean and beautifully decorated! She also likes to write during her free time.

In future she hopes to go for her pilgrimage to Mecca and fulfil her obligation as a Muslim. She also hopes to raise her children well to become successful individuals.
