DEWAN ASPURA

I managed to see what the students have for lunch today first hand when I accompanied the cagers to the boy's dining hall or Dewan Aspura. This afternoon, they had nasi minyak with chicken curry, acar and watermelon. The food smelt good and the caterer invited me to join the boys for lunch. I declined as I already had lunch at noon. I must take care of my health as diabeties and hypertension run in my family. The specialists tell me and my sisters that we run the risk of getting the twin terrors since my elders have them. My late father's specialist, Dr Fauziah, has advised me to watch my diet and weight and to exercise regularly. So, though the food looked delicious and tempting, I had to follow the doctor's order.
