LIBRARY ACTIVITY

This afternoon, the librarians had a workshop on using the Dewey Classification System after the training session given by Miss Cheah last Thursday. The students were told to check the classification numbers of the library books on the shelves to see if they were correctly classified. If there were any errors they should note down the errors so that they will be rectified later by Puan Asiah and Ustazah Roslina. Meanwhile, Miss Cheah and two of the male librarians cleared the storeroom of all the unwanted items. A lot of rubbish was thrown out. Cikgu Ali was dropped by at around 4.00 p.m. for a visit. Later, Puan Kamariah also popped in to read the newspaper after she had finished working at the school Ko-op.
