GATH X-STESMA 2007: REGISTRATION

Today we have a gathering for the ex-stesmarians in school. I went to the Lumut Country Resort at around noon to meet Arman Yadi bin Sugirman, the vice president of the student's alumni, who was waiting for the participants to register at the resort. With Arman was Mohd Khairul Nizam bin Mohd Azmi who was from 5PKEE the batch of 98/99. Nizam is a local boy and would not be staying at the resort. I was told that some of the ex-students had already registered and were in their rooms while some had gone out for lunch. However, I managed to meet Norida bt Ibrahim and Norizan Abu Taib who had arrived from Ipoh. Both girls were in 5EK1, the batch of 98/99.At around 2.00 p.m., the ex-stesmarians will be at the Dewan Aspuri of STESMA for the official opening of the event.

Below is the programme for the two-day gathering.

First day: (Saturday, 19 May 2007)

12.00 - 1.00 p.m. - Registration at Lumut Country Resort

2.00 - 3.00 p.m. - Official Launching Ceremony by the Principal, Pn Siti Arfah bt Ibrahim

3.00 - 6.00 p.m. - Telematch and Prize Presentation Ceremony at STESMA field

8.00 - 11.30 p.m. - Dinner, Closing Ceremony and Prize Presentation at Lumut Country Resort

Santai Corner: Karaoke, Poison Box and Memories of Teenage Years

Second day: (Sunday, 20 May 2007)

7.30 - 8.30 a.m. - Breakfast

9.00 - 12.00 noon - Free Activity: Swimming and Shopping

12.30 p.m. - Check-out

The first two pictures above show the front facade of the Lumut Country resort, the third picture is of Arman waiting at the special counter set-up to register the stesmarians, the fourth and fifth pictures are of Arman and Khairul Nizam taken with me.
