HERBS AND FLOWERS EXHIBITION

As this is examination time, there was not much activity in the library. At around noon some of the resource centre committee members sat together to brainstorm ideas for the upcoming Herbs and Flowers exhibition. Present were Puan Idayati, Puan Baniazora, Puan Asiah and I. Puan Idayati who heads the school's Herb Garden and Green House had prepared a lot of materials and had also thought of a lot of ideas. So did Puan Asiah. This exhibition will be held in conjunction with Resource Centre Week (Minggu Pusat Sumber) which is tentatively scheduled for the end of June. From the discussions, I think that we at the resource centre will be able to come up with some very interesting activities for the week. In the works are a cooking contest and also a cooking demonstration using herbs.

The above pictures show Puan Idayati, Puan Bani and Puan Asiah deep in discussion. As usual, I would be the one taking the photographs and at the same time listening to the ideas generated by them. I believe with the enthusiasm and commitment shown by them, the students and teachers of STESMA will be in for a big treat.
