MORNING ASSEMBLY

This morning, I did not attend assembly as I was suffering from migraine. I think this might most probably be because I was sitting in front of the computer for more than 12 hours yesterday. Cikgu Idzarif who saw me this morning mentioned that the rays emitted by the computer screen are radioactive and could most probably have triggered off my migraine attack. I could barely lift my head up and decided that I best stay put in the library. Imagine, if I were to faint on stage, wouldn't that be very embarrassing for me. Then it would be the talk of the school. Wah! Very malu-lah. No way. However, I managed to get one of our students, Adha, to help me take the pictures and Muhsin to report whatever happened since he was the prefect who was chairing the assembly for the morning. I was told that Cikgu Zaki, who was the teacher on duty for the week, had put up some pictures he took while inspecting the schools. Obviously, he would most probably have commented about cleanliness and safety.

For the English Language Public Speaking slot, Nurul Hannah bt Fadzilan of 5EK1 gave her speech on the dangers of smoking on our health. She was later presented with a gift by the principal for her effort.

There was also a prize presentation ceremony for the boys who represented our school in the Inventions Competition in Kelantan. As I had mentioned earlier, our team is the national champion.
