EDIBLE LEAVES

Look at the tree in the picture above. You can find it outside the school hall near the staircase leading to the Conference Room. I bet not many of you know that its leaves are edible. I didn't know either until Puan Asiah informed me. She was told this by Encik Mat Nasir, one of the senior peons in school. It seems that you can make a delicious dish by frying it in coconut milk. Give it a try but don't pluck all the leaves from the tree. If not, we will have a "botak" tree.
