GOOD SHOW BY SILAT GROUP

Congratulations to the school silat group for their fine showing in the district level silat competition. Our boys and girls are the overall champions and won prizes in all the categories. Let us hope and pray that they will do as well in the state level competition which will be held soon. The emcee for the prize presentation was Puan Azreen who was also the teacher on duty for this week. She spoke in English throughout the whole assembly.

Oh! Before I forget. Please don't think that the boy who went up the stage to get his medal was injured during competition. Initially, I had thought so but when I asked him later

he told me that he broke his leg after the competition. He had slipped and fallen near the hostel.
