HERBAL ADVISOR

This morning, Encik Mat Nasir, who was the one who told me about the mengkudu putih plant came to the library. He brought along an ekor anjing plant from his own garden for the herb garden. Puan Asiah and I were very happy as we need all the help that we can get for the exhibition. Encik Nasir also talked to Puan Asiah and I about some of the herbs and their medicinal properties. We were told that the leaves of the mengkudu putih plant are good to help lower blood pressure.

As Encik Nasir's kidneys are not functioning too properly he has to go for dialysis a few times a week. That is why he eats a lot of herbs to help his condition.
