By now, visitors to this blog will not be surprised to see many photographs of plants being posted here as the committee members of the resource centre and I are in the midst of preparing the Herb Exhibition which is scheduled for the end of July. This leaves us only about a month and as can be see here, Puan Idayati and I are speeding up our preparations. The newly bought plants have to planted now to see if they would survive. She can be seen almost daily typing information about herbs in the Operations Room of the library.
Today, the two of us asked for permission to visit the Kampung Koh Thursday market to look for more herbal plants to add to the Herb Garden. We used to have slightly over 60 species of herbs in the garden but some of the plants have died and need to be replaced.
I also looked at some carps which might be reared in the fish tank that we have in the library. I think that the gold coloured fish would look lovely there. Yeah! Gold fish are also good for feng shui. Maybe, more people would come visit the library after we start rearing them. What do you think? I hope you will enjoy looking at the photos I took.
