SCIENCE CARNIVAL 2007

This year the Science Carnival for the Manjung district was hosted by Sekolah Menengah Ahmad Boestamam. Our school took part in the Solar Car, Rocket and Innovation and Engineering Competition and I was there to snap photos of the event. Puan Rasilah Ahmad, the Senior Teacher for Mathematics and Science, had requested that I help with taking the photographs for the school.

As can be seen in the pictures that I have posted, quite a number of our teachers were on duty. The teachers who were there were Cikgu Sabri, Cikgu Onie, Cikgu Zaki, both Cikgu Ishak Salasa and Ishak Ismail, Cikgu Haris, Cikgu Zulkafli and Cikgu Halim.

I will post more pictures of the individual events on Sunday when I come back from Ipoh. But when I left the carnival at 12.30 p.m. I found out that our school secured the 1st and 2nd places for the solar car competition and 1st place for the Innovation and Engineering Competition. Congratulations to the teachers and students involved!
