CONGRATULATIONS

Though I feel sad that Cikgu Mokhtar Zakaria will be leaving us to take up the post of Assistant Director for Student Affairs in Jabatan Pendidikan Teknikal in Putrajaya but I am at the same time happy for my friend and colleague for this means a promotion for him.
