DEEPAVALI DECORATIONS?

What on earth is going on? Why Deepavali decorations in the library in September? This is actually part of our exhibit for the Exhibition on Festivals. At first, we had planned to do a mini exhibition on the Mooncake Festival but with Hari Raya Aidil Fitri just around the corner we have decided to widen the scope of the exhibition to that of Festivals.

The Form 4 girls who were helping me actually have an idea on what to do as they all have Indian neighbours in their hometowns and are familiar with how their Hindu neighbours decorate their homes during this festival.
