Launch of Gempak Bola

Our senior assistant, En Ab. Hamid bin Fazal Mohamad, officially declared open the Physical and Health Education Department's Gempak Bola on Friday, 23rd June, 2006. This event is held in conjunction with World Cup 2006 and aims to promote the sport to the students.
During the official launch, Cikgu Hamid had to blow a whistle which then signalled a soccer ball travelling down a wire all the way from the audio systems room area to a replica of a goal post on the backdrop of the stage. The picture on the left shows some of the committee members standing in front of the mock goal post and the ball that was launched.
