PUAN FATIHAH IRDINA LYN BT ABDULLAH

This teacher hails from the Land of the Hornbills, Sarawak. She was born in Kuching and had her education there until secondary school. She furthered her studies in Peninsular Malaysia at University Utara Malaysia earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Puan Fatihah has taught for three and a half years. Before coming to Sekolah Menengah Teknik Seri Manjung she was first posted to Sekolah Menengah Teknik Pulau Langkawi. It was there where she first met her husband, Encik Faizul Asmadi bin Mohamad who is in the navy. At that time Puan Fatihah was teaching his sister and that was how they met and fell in love. They have an eight month old son, Muhammad Fitri Addin.
Even though she holds a degree in business administration, she does not teach the subject as it is not offered here. Therefore, she was called to teach the English language because of her proficiecy in the language. Besides, being a subject teacher, she is also the Warden for Block H.
This petite and gentle lady plays badminton during her free time. I am told that she is quite a good player on the court. She also enjoys window shopping. Like many of the teachers in the English Language Department, she has plans to further her studies in the future.
