PUAN KAMARIAH SULAIMAN

There are two ladies by the name of Kamariah in the English language department and both of them are equally lovely and fair. So, parents if you are thinking of naming your daughters, why not consider the name Kamariah! The child might grow up to be fair, slim and lovely as the two I have in this school.
When I was interviewing her this morning, Tuan Haji Ahmad Hasnin was ever ready to answer on her behalf. He volunteered the information that Puan Kamariah loves to cook and loves to try out new recipes. She'd be one of the first to bring food that she had prepared for the teachers to try. According to Tuan Haji Hasnin, Puan Kamariah likes to handle money since she holds a degree in business administration. That is also one reason why she is one of the teachers entrusted with looking after the school co-operative. He also adds that she is now into reflexology and face reading. He said that she has practised what she had learnt on some of the lady teachers in the academic staff room. Thank god, I wrote about myself. If he were to write about me, the first thing he would let out is the nickname he calls me, "Mother Theresa".

Puan Kamariah's husband is Encik Mohd. Khairi bin Othman who works as a manager in Bank Muamalat. Her hometown is in Tanjung Karang in Selangor and his is in Batu Gajah. This loving couple has five children. They are Munirah Balqis, Muhammad Wafi Dzikri, Kauthar Hani, Khairil Hadi and Nurin Wafa. Wow!!! Her children's names are more exotic sounding than Cik Irma's but then they are of course unique and easy to remember.
She counts reading as one of her interests and says she loves to reads books on motivation, religion and reflexology (so Tuan Haji Hasnin was right about her after all).
In the future, she plans to further her studies and also get into business. In the meantime, she will practise her business acumen by running the school co-op.
