EST LESSON: DESIGNING A WEB PAGE

For the EST lesson on Wednesday with 5PKEE 6, the computer laboratory on the first floor was used. Notice the arrangement of the tables is different from that of the lab on the ground floor. One thing I noticed is that not all the students were that adept in using the computer to access the Internet or even do word processing. I had assumed wrongly that since they were children of the cyber age, they would be able to do the task with ease.
I have discussed the matter with Encik Ab Hamid as well as the principal of the Teluk Intan Community College, Encik Hatta, and am happy to inform you that there are plans to invite lecturers from the college to give a few sessions to students on Web Page Design during the English Language Carnival. There are also plans to hold one session for teachers and staff who may be interested. Watch this spot for further announcements!
