MATHEMATICS QUIZ

The Mathematics Quiz was held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2006 in the Mathematics Room. It started at around 3.45 p.m. Initially, 79 students had signed up to take part but only 44 turned up for the quiz in the afternoon. This reduction in student participation could be due to some students signing up for more than one activity and realising that they could only be at one place at one time. Or maybe they decided against coming at the last minutes. The students were divided into two groups. Each group had to answer questions on Mathematics based on logic. Each group took about 20 minutes to complete their task. En Faizal was the teacher in charge of this activity. The winners will be announced on Friday.
