VISITORS FROM SMK TRONG

There were four visitors from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Trong to the school. The four member delegation was on a study tour of STESMA. They had wanted to get ideas of how the laboratories and resource centres in this school are run.

I was actually rather embarrassed to show the visitors around as things seem to be a bit disorderly and unkempt at the moment due to the stock checking and reorganisation work. However, the visitors seemed to be rather taken with the batik concept of the library. One of the teachers, Puan Norma bt Abdul Rahman, mentioned that they might use the "kain pelekat" concept for their school library.

The visitors were also taken to our other resource centre, the computer laboratory. I had invited them to go to the lab during my class with 5SKM but they only managed to come after the class had ended. The boys and girls of 5MRTV and 5JDI were rather eager to welcome the visitors but that was not to be.
