MALAY WEDDING EXHIBITION

The library was a hive of activity today as work is in progress to get the Malay Traditional Wedding Exhibition ready. Eleven of the students from 5MRTV and 5JDI helped Puan Asiah and I to move furniture and to decorate the dais. It was quite a tiring task carrying the stage all the way from the first floor of the Form Five block to the library. The boys had to stop halfway to take a breather before continuing their task.

Once again, I would like to ask teachers, staff, students (present and past) to lend relevant items for the exhibition. Wedding photos are especially welcomed. Our principal, Puan Siti Arfah bt Ibrahim, has already brought a lot of things from her home for the exhibition, including a framed wedding photo of her son and daughter-in-law and also a videotaped DVD of the wedding. The exhibition will officially be opened by Pn Siti Arfah next week.
