STILL SWEEPING!!!

I am unhappy to report that I had to sweep the library again today as until 5.00 p.m. no cleaner showed up in the library to do the cleaning up. All this after the fuss I kicked up yesterday. I did not ask Puan Asiah to do the sweeping as she was suffering from a throat infection and the dust would aggravate her condition. I did talk to the supervisor, Encik Mat, this morning and he said that he would see to it that the workers come and clean the library once in the morning and once in the afternoon at 2.30 p.m.

This is making my work hard as I am trying my best to make the place into a conducive environment for everyone to come and get more information. If the place is dirty and dusty, I am sure people would not like to come. That is why I place cleanliness and tidiness above all else. Hopefully, posting pictures of me doing the sweeping in this blog will make those people who are supposed to be doing the work realise that they are paid to do this. I am doing this to show that I am not satisfied with the service provided and also proof that I have indeed been sweeping the library since last Thursday. Also it gives me a chance to show off parts of the Malay Wedding Exhibition that is being set up.
