VISITING THE HERB EXHIBTION

After the judges had finished looking at our Taman Hijau, they were invited to visit our Herb Exhibition. They saw Encik Hafiz demonstrate how to make Kerabu Ulam and looked at all our Herb exhibits. Later they were invited to partake in the Herbal meal that we had prepared. Puan Asiah cooked Nasi Lemuni and Puan Kamariah Sulaiman prepared Assam Laksa. The Pegaga drink was supplied by Cik Mazlinawati. We also had help from Encik Nazlan of the Teluk Intan Community College who helped to provide some info on herbs to our guests.
