AIYOH! WHAT HAPPENED TO ENCIK NASIR'S ARM?

I am sure many of you would have seen Encik Mat Nasir, one of our school peons. Also, one can't help but notice his left arm. There appears to be some growths there, right? Well, actually they are because of his dialysis treatment. You see, Encik Mat Nasir is suffering from kidney failure which means his kidneys are not functioning properly. He needs to go for dialysis at the hospital to clean is blood about three times a week. The bulges you see were caused by the treatment as the medical officers need to insert a tube into the vein in order for the blood to be cleaned.
