BUD GRAFTING DEMONSTRATION

On Thursday afternoon which happened to be the 17th of April, Cikgu Shahidan demonstrated to the students, teachers and staff present on how to do bud grafting for the bougainvillea plant. Actually, more students were supposed to come but they had to go to the field to support our boys and girls who were playing in the football and netball matches.

After he did the graft for the first plant, he called one student to perform the same task on another plant. Nazirul was given the honour and he did manage to do it. Now we will have to wait for a week to see if the graft is successful.
