INTERESTING IDEA

I was rather taken by how the owner of a shop displayed the shoot of a coconut tree. The owner told me that they removed the husk of the coconut and then placed it on a big vase filled with jelly crystals. Anyone with a coconut that has a shoot to spare? I'd like to make a replica for our library.
