HAVE A HEART

I am once again asking those students who want to use the library to show some consideration after they have read the magazines, books and newspapers. My librarians and I have actually better things to do than to sort out books that have been placed in the wrong shelves. Not only are the books not in the correct shelves, there are some which are just placed on the tables or even left on the floor. Also, the students who read the newspapers do not put them back into the rack. Some even throw the newspapers onto the floor.
Believe me, we at the library have a lot of things to do each and every day. We can't simply be picking up after some careless boys or girls who think that they are the masters and that there are servants at their beck and call. I will personally speak to the students during the motivation session tomorrow and if they still persist in such bad habits, I am left with no other alternative to fine them each time they misplace a book, magazine or newspaper. The collection of fine will then be used to buy food and drinks for the librarians who have to spend about two hours each afternoon, to locate the misplaced books and put them back in their original place.
