INTERVIEWING POTENTIAL LIBRARIANS

We at the library are in the midst of recruiting new librarians from the Form Four students. At present 11 have already been chosen and we are still looking for more. The new librarians will completely take over the duties from their seniors in August to make sure that they will be able to fully commit to their studies.

As Ustazah Roslina is still warded in the hospital and Puan Asiah is still on sick leave, I was the only one to conduct the interview for new librarians. Tuan Haji Hasnin who is the other teacher in charge of the library had to be on duty at the hall and could not be present for the interview session. I managed to interview 8 students today, 4 girls and 4 boys. There will be a few more sessions tomorrow and next week. All the students interviewed will go through a trial period of a week or two before they are recruited.
