VISIT TO SK LEKIR

Today the committee members for the Sekolah Angkat Programme visited Sekolah Kebangsaan Lekir. Ustaz Lotpi was the head of the delegation which comprised of Cikgu Hakim, Cikgu Faizal, Ustaz Fauzi, Puan Siti Kamariah, Puan Musliha, Puan Siti Hajar, Puan Mazlina and I.

We met with the headmaster of the school, Cikgu Zul and the committee members for this programme from their school. We were served breakfast first before discussing the activities for the Year 6 students. I had also asked if I could take some of the plants from their herb garden for our own garden since a new building will be erected there and they will have to give up the garden. Some of the Year 6 boys helped me to carry the plants to the school bus.
