WORKSHOP ON HOW TO START A BLOG FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

I was invited by Encik Anuar to be the facilitator for a workshop on blogging for principals and head teachers of schools in the Seri Manjung zone today. The workshop started at 8.00 p.m.

I must say that the participants were a very enthusiastic and eager lot and they managed to come up with a basic blog each by the end of the day. They had been given the rudiments and taught the technical skills on how to edit pictures for web pages and then to upload photographs into their blogs. I also found that there were a handful of the teachers who were already Web savvy and already possessed the know how on how to start a blog which made my job a wee bit easier. And of course, Encik Anuar was there to back me up and so I had not much to worry about. Now, it is up to the school administrators to expand their blogs and explore different ways to make their sites look more interesting.
