EXCELLENCE PERSONIFIED

I read the sports news on Yahoo and found that Michael Phelps of the USA has won his 11th Olympic gold (including the ones he got in Athens). This young man is really born to swim. From the looks of it the Beijing Olympiad will be the one most remembered for the feat of this American Merman.

I am sure that Phelps would have trained very, very hard and had made lots and lots of sacrifices in order to reach the degree of excellence in swimming that he has achieved. Now, this is one example that our students should emulate. Discipline, hard work and sacrifice for excellence.
