INSIDE THE CANTEEN KITCHEN

The menu for one of the desserts sold at the canteen today was Roti Jala with Chicken Curry. I took the opportunity to take some photographs of the canteen lady making this delicious Malaysian dish. You can also see pictures of the other canteen ladies going about their chores in the kitchen.
