WATER GOURD

The Labu Air or Water Gourd planted by Cikgu Shahidan at the back of the library is bearing fruit and he gave a fruit each to Puan Siti Arfah, Puan Asiah and Encik Sukri. There are more fruits on the tree but are still very small. Yeah! Yeah! I can ask him to give me some to use as decoration for the Chinese New Year. In Chinese, this fruit that is shaped like the number 8 is called the Wu Lou.
