OUR COOKS FOR THE DAY

Today the judges for the Pertandingan Pusat Sumber Cemerlang came to our school and we planned to serve them with herbal dishes to highlight the use of the herbs planted in our Herb Garden.

First there was the herbal chicken, then the kerabu and the pineapple curry. We even served a fruit drink made from dates, pears, longan and kundur. Puan Bazuaniza did the cooking with help from other teachers and staff. Salihin's mum, Puan Zaiton bt Hitam, who is a member of our PIBG also came along to help with the cooking. She later helped me to entertain our judges.
