RECRUITING NEW LIBRARIANS

We are in the midst of recruiting new librarians from the Form 4 students. Those who wish to become librarians would first be interviewed by Tuan Haji Hasnin or Ustazah Roslina. Then they will be put on a two-week probation whereby their performance and characters will be observed by Tuan Haji Hasnin, Ustazah Roslina and Puan Asiah. Once they are satisfied then the students would be accepted as librarians. They will only get their letters of appointments during the swearing-in ceremony which will be held at the beginning of 2010.

This evening three girls were interviewed by Tuan Haji Hasnin. According to him he has a list of students who have already submitted their names to him. So beginning next week, we will have to put the new ones to work and see if they make suitable candidates.

Actually I had said that the fifth formers need to be on duty until the end of July but seeing that we have only okayed 7 of the candidates so far, I think the present batch of librarians will have to be on duty until the first week of August.
