SPENDING TIME WITH ELDERS

I will usually go back each weekend to be with my mum and Aunt Linda. Both of them are already in their seventies and so their movement are slower and they are not as nimble as they used to be. That is why I make it a point to spend as much time as I can with them during the weekends. It is during this time that they do their marketing and shopping to stock up their food from Monday to Friday.
