FOOD TO BREAK FAST

Yesterday I went with Sharveen to the Ramadhan Bazaar to buy food to break his fast. For your information, Sharveen is also fasting like his Muslim friends and teachers in the school. He tells me that he has been fasting since he was about 10 years old. However, he has his Sahur at around 6.00 a.m. and breaks his fast at 7.30 p.m. after he prays.
Me? I eat at around 6.30 a.m. and only again at around 6.30 p.m. in my case, I don't eat and drink out of respect for my friends who are fasting and also because I found out that fasting is a good way to detox our bodies and also to lose weight.
