FAREWELL AND GOOD LUCK PUAN ANITA

One of the English Language teachers will be leaving us today. She is Puan Anita Mohamad who has served in this school for about half a year. She will be reporting for duty at one of the schools in Ipoh tomorrow. Hopefully, we will get a new English language teacher who is as nice and as friendly as she is.

Cikgu Rizal helped me to snap the above picture. In it, Puan Anita and I are sitting on one of two new benches outside the office. Puan Anita was waiting to see Ustaz Lotpi to officially hand over her duties. I had just come back from the hospital. Yes, I have neglected my health and wellbeing by not sleeping and eating well. I almost passed out at the MRTV workshop at around 10.30 a.m. as I had only eaten one small banana the whole day. Cikgu Ishak Salasa had to send me to the hospital.

The doctor said that the banana I had early in the morning on an empty stomach would naturally help to induce more acid into my stomach which would make me feel faint. My having only slept for less than 3 hours the previous night helped to compound the matter. Truly, I have been rather silly and got a lecture from Tuan Haji Hasnin about not taking good care of myself.
