Each time some thing malfunctions or breaks down in the library, Puan Asiah and I would know who to look for - Encik Sukri, our technician. This afternoon, Encik Sukri helped me to remove the lock of the drawers of the desk in the Operations Room. When I occupied the place, I found that the drawers were locked but no keys could be found.
